Deposit of $1000 is required to hold a puppy(is not refundable) and must reach us in 5 days or puppy will be placed for sale again .Deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of mony before 7 weeks of age puppy.
This puppy is considered to be of sound body and good health at time of sale. All puppies have a full health guarantee for 2 years for any inherited genetic problems. This price includes dewclaws removed, wormings and puppy shots.
Buyer is responsible for a vet's health exam within 96 hours of purchase. If a serious health or genetic defect is found at this exam, the puppy may be returned with a written report from the vet and date of exam. Buyer are responsible for regular veterinary care, including the remainder of the vaccinations, rabies vaccinations, and periodic worming.Minor health problems that can be cured by medication are not covered by any guarantee.All puppies that are shipped required to have a health certificate.
If the buyer wish's to return the dog within 2 years due to genetic disease a replacment puppy will be offered when one becomes available. Shipping is buyers Expense)Seller shall not be held responsible for the development of disqualifying faults, diseases, or disorders, which are due to Buyers negligence
Purchaser agree to take good care of the puppy. Dog/Puppy will not be chained, must be kept in the house.
If for any reason durning the life of the dog, it can't be kept by the owner, the buyer must return the Puppy/dog to the breeder. (no refunds or pay back) or notify seller of the new owner, so the home can be approved. Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this puppy/dog and that Buyer will not sell this puppy/dog or its progeny to any agent, pet store or guard dog business.If Buyer choose to break any of the above portions of this agreement, the remainder of the agreement will be considered null and void, and Seller will have the right to repossess Puppy/dog.

This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this puppy/dog. If the Buyer breaches any part of this Agreement, the Seller is released from any obligations under this Agreement.
