Who entered a puppy sale agreement with us.
She had no intention of ever fulfilling this agreement with us.
Amanda Lucks claimed false ill health of the puppy she purchased from us but this was never true.
After we pressured Amanda Lucks to return our puppy back to us (at our expense) because of failure to pay us, the breeder.
After our Veternarian examined our returned puppy FUDO
there was no evidence of "mange" what Amanda had claimed the puppy caught in transit.
Mange is not infectious. Beware AMANDA LUCKS is a CON and FRAUD.
I'am attaching a letter from another person in the U.S.A. that AMANDA LOUCKS SCAMMED

actually, this is the second time ive written to you--the first time, as i just realized, i made a typo in your email address. anyway, I WAS NEVER PAID 1 CENT for Amelia. If Amanda does have a bill of sale IT IS COMPLETELY FORGED. Im willing to do whatever you need me to do to stop Amanda from taking advantage of another person. I cant tell you how surprised i was to hear that you, or anyone for that matter, was trying to contact me regarding Amelia.
I had just begun to accept that i was conned and screwed over big time. In the beginning, i was just hurt by this whole thing...now im red hot mad. I want that woman to do time for what she has done and her accomplice barbara in sikeston missouri.
I just hate that Aga was tricked into believing that i was a horrible dog owner and treated Amelia like crap----so not true. That dog was everything to me, from late august to december 2005, i spent about $5k on Amelia--doesnt sound like i was mistreating her, does it? whats more, Amanda told me that Aga said that Amelia was from poor breeding stock and couldnt believe that i said she was show quality. It is my belief that Amanda and barbara conspired to steal my dog. AND what confused me the most, was that i never told amanda where Amelia came from, but she knew it was Aga. there is soo much to this whole thing, it is draining.
After Amelia was stolen, i became so depressed it wasnt even funny. I contacted Amanda several times reminding her that we had an agreement/contract (verbal and written via email) that she was to pay me $2500 in 3 monthly installments until paid in full. She said that Amelia was shit and she was not going to pay me, and that she would have her spayed to eliminate the stress of heat cycles. In the beginning, Amanda was to pay the full amount in 1 payment. On the day she was to Western Union the money, "she found her husband unconscious in the garage." she said Ken had a heart attack. and since they didnt have health insurance, the dog money would have to be used for the medical bills. I told her i would find another buyer, but she said that her son would use his credit card to get the money. Then she had barbara contact me about how to get Amelia to Sikeston, MO. It was my understanding that once Amelia was in Sikeston, she would remain there until arrangements could be made between Barbara and Amanda, man, this is soo painful to remember. but, i want her stopped before she can do this again. im just disgusted that she was able to convince Aga to reissue the papers to her.
please let me know what to do next.
